All prices on the website exclude VAT.

SHIPPING COSTS
All prices in the store include shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. Additional import duties and taxes may apply. These are charged when your package reaches your delivery address. We don't control these charges and can't predict how much they will be. Many of our orders ship directly from China. 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
Delivery usually takes 6-15 days, but this may vary due to international public holidays, carrier schedules and similar factors.

CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
We can't change the delivery address after your package has shipped. Contact us using the form on the contact page. 

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can't be cancelled. See our refund and exchange policy for more information.

PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you notice that a package has been damaged in transit, refuse delivery if possible and contact customer service. If the package was delivered while you were away, contact customer service using the form on the contact page.
