Refund policy

Faulty or incorrect items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use our contact form to start a return.

How we process returns:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be credited to your card within a few days. Write your order number on the return package so we can identify it easily.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account and credit card statement. If it still doesn't appear after a few days, contact your bank. Refunds can take some time to show in your account. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact us using the contact form.

When can I exchange an item?

We only exchange defective or damaged items. Use our contact form to start an exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?

You cover the cost of returning products. Delivery times for replacement items may vary.

Check your delivery details:

Check your delivery details carefully and enter the correct information when you order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address. You are not entitled to a refund in these cases.

Collect your package on time:

You are responsible for collecting your package from the pickup point or delivery address on time. If you do not collect it and it is returned to our warehouse, we are not responsible for its condition or quality after the return. In these cases, we may charge you NOK 300 for return shipping and storage. Collect your package on time to avoid this fee.

Cancel within 24 hours:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
